Ring Resizing Service
1. Most rings can be resized 1–3 sizes. If we are unable to resize your ring to the requested size, we will contact you with available options.
2. Resizing fees typically range from $40–$65. More complex work or certain materials may incur additional charges.
3. Payment for resizing can be made directly on our Resizing Page, or in person at either of our two locations.
4. Resizing adds 1–3 weeks to the processing time before shipping. Once we begin working on your item, we will contact you with an estimated completion and arrival time.
5. Refunds: Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later). Please note that resizing fees, and items that have been altered or damaged, are non-refundable.
