- The standard fee for link removal is $40. If you are unsure whether your specific item can be adjusted, please feel free to contact us through our Contact Page before placing your order, as some pieces may not be suitable for alteration.

1. We can remove links to shorten bracelets and chains. Please note: we cannot lengthen bracelets or chains.
2. Removing links adds 1–3 weeks to the processing time before shipping. Once we begin working on your item, we will contact you with an estimated completion and arrival time.
3. Payment for alterations can be made directly on our Resizing Page, or in person at either of our two locations.
4. Refunds requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later). Please note that resizing fees, and items that have been altered or damaged, are non-refundable.
