MJ’s Resizing Policy
Before resizing your jewelry, please review our guidelines. You can complete your payment at the bottom of the page. If you have any questions or need assistance, contact our Client Care Team at canadiangoldservices@hotmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
What You Need to Know:
Rings
Most rings can be resized 1–3 sizes up or down, with the exception of the following styles:

Full Eternity Bands

Designer Patterned Bands
-
Tiara Rings
-
Wishbone Rings
Bracelets & Chains

Bracelets and chains can only be shortened (links removed).

Unfortunately, we cannot increase their length.
Hollow Jewelry
Hollow items cannot be resized (no upsizing or downsizing).
Note: Orders that include resizing may take up to three weeks before they can ship out to you, so please allow for an additional 1 to 3 weeks before your order ships. Once we begin working on your item, we will contact you with an estimated completion and arrival time.
Resizing Fees:

Standard downsizing: $40
-
Upsizing: $45–$65 depending on the ring
Please note that additional charges may apply for more complex resizing jobs or for certain materials, including platinum. Resizing fees and altered or damaged items are non-refundable.
