MJ’s Sizing & Adjustment Policy
To ensure the best results for your jewelry, please review our guidelines below. Once you're ready, you can complete the request form at the bottom of this page. What You Need to Know:
Rings
Most rings can be resized 1–3 sizes up or down, with the exception of the following styles: 1. Full Eternity Bands 2. Designer Patterned Bands 3. Tiara Rings 4. Wishbone Rings Note: Hollow items cannot be resized (no upsizing or downsizing).
Bracelets & Chains
Bracelets and chains can only be shortened (links removed). Unfortunately, we cannot increase their length.
Note: Please allow for an additional 1 to 3 weeks before your order ships. Once we begin working on your item, we will contact you with an estimated completion and arrival time.

Normal Rings / Women’s Rings
✔ 1 Size Up – $45
✔ 2 Sizes Up – $50
✔ 3 Sizes Up – $55
Bigger Rings / Men’s Rings
✔ 1 Size Up – $55
✔ 2 Sizes Up – $60
✔ 3 Sizes Up – $65
✔︎ Standard downsizing or link removal: $40
Note: Additional charges may apply for more complex resizing jobs or for certain materials, including platinum. Resizing fees and altered or damaged items are non-refundable.
